Community
A space for connection, support, and shared understanding
Whether you're a care partner, someone living with dementia, a neighbour, or a family member, trying to understand and help can feel isolating.
The challenges are real. The emotions are heavy. And sometimes you just need a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without explanation or judgment.
This is that space.
Our community is a gathering place for personal connection, peer support, and shared understanding. There's no agenda here, no pressure to have it all figured out. Just real people navigating real challenges, and the comfort of knowing you're not alone.
This community is for individuals, families and friends on the dementia journey. Riley and I are honoured to create this space with you.

Learn More →Join Our Monthly Drop-In
Once a month, I open up a casual gathering space for care partners, people living with dementia, and family members. These sessions are completely free and open to anyone who needs connection and support.
What to Expect
This isn't a formal class or structured workshop. It's simply a time to:
- Share what's on your heart
- Ask questions in a safe space
- Hear from others who understand what you're going through
- Find comfort in knowing you're not alone Breathe and just be
Some months we might discuss a specific topic that's come up in the community. Other months, we follow wherever the conversation needs to go. There are no "shoulds" here. Just presence, compassion, and honest connection.
Who Attends:
These gatherings bring together:
- Care partners caring for a loved one with dementia
- People living with dementia (especially in early stages)
- Adult children navigating their parent's diagnosis
- Spouses, siblings, friends, and family members
- Anyone who needs support on this journey
How It Works
Drop-ins are held online via Zoom, making it easy to join from the comfort of your own home. You can turn your camera on or off, share or simply listen, whatever feels right for you in that moment.

Your Presence Matters
Whether you join us for a monthly drop-in, become a member of our private community, or simply stay connected through the newsletter, you're welcome here.
Your story matters. Your questions matter. Your struggles and your small victories matter.
Community doesn't mean you have to have it all together. It means showing up, being honest, and letting others walk alongside you. You don't have to carry this alone.
Riley and I look forward to seeing you in our next gathering.
