Can I see a proof of my design?Yes, you will receive a proof of your design within 2 business days. You may request up to 2 sets of revisions to your initial proof at no additional cost (correction of mistakes made by us does not constitute a revision). Additional requests for revisions will be accommodated but may be subject to a further design fee. Please review your proof carefully. Your order will not go to print until we have confirmation of your approval.
I like one of the designs online but would like a few changes, is this possible ?
Of course that is what we do! We have created several designs that we offer as “samples” but we are happy to create a 100% original design based on the photo you provide and complimenting your personal style. Give us an idea of your ideal colour palette, your font choice and any additional design elements that you would like to see in the final design. We can create your design in any size and in either a horizontal or vertical layout.
What happens once my proof is approved?
Orders are printed and shipped withing 2 business days following proof approval unless otherwise advised. Orders received after 5pm on weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders will not be printed until full payment has been received.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Deliveries within Western Canada take between 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to ship.
Deliveries to Eastern Canada and non-urban centres can take up to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
We will be able to let you know the expected delivery time when you place your order based on your postal code.
Deliveries to the United States take between 7-10+ business days (excluding weekends and holidays) Note: orders must pass through Customs in the destination country. We do not have any control over this process. In addition to time delays, additional fees (duty) may be added to your order by the Custom Agents.
For all other delivery destinations, please contact us for an estimated delivery time.
What are your photo requirements?
This is extremely important question. We require full sized images directly from your digital camera. Please don’t edit, crop or change the colour in any way. The resolution must be 300 dpi or greater. The higher the resolution, the better the end result. The print quality of your card is determined by the resolution of the image you provide to us. If the image resolution is too low, the image size and quality is greatly reduced and you may not be happy with the finished product. If you are unsure as to the suitability of your image, please email it to us and we will advise whether it will work for the design.
Can you change my coloured photo to black and white?
YES. We will need your original file but we can do this for you at no additional cost. We can also colourize in sepia tone. In some instances, we will also convert the picture to black and white with colour accents (leaving a single item such as a flower, blanket or stuffed animal in colour).
Can you remove red-eye, blemishes or other distractions that should not be in the photo?
We can remove red-eye. Other elements will be addressed individually and corrected where possible. Please review our photo tips.
Can you create a design for an occasion not listed on your site?
Definitely!
Do my cards come with envelopes?
Yes, all card orders come with white, square flap envelopes. Please note that envelopes are not included if you order our "Digital Design Only" Service.
What type of paper will my cards be printed on?
Photo cards are printed on Professional Archive Photo paper. You have the option of choosing 4x6 or 5x7 in either matte or glossy finish.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept debit and all major credit cards via PayPal as well money orders made payable to Every Moment Matters. Charges on your credit card and bank statement will appear as EVERYMOMENT.
Can I call your or email you with my credit card number?
Please do not email us with a credit card number! (Don't ever send your CC number to anyone via email as it is not safe). Every Moment Matters currently uses PayPal as our preferred method of payment. You will be redirected to PayPal's secure website to enter your payment information. You can use any credit card or your debit card - we do not see your credit card number, bank account number or other personal information. PayPal is the industry leader on online payment options and uses the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Is my personal information protected?
Yes, we will not share your personal information with other companies, corporations or individuals. We may from time to time use your information to keep you informed of any special offers, however if you wish to be removed from our mailing list there is an opt-out link on every communication.
Important Note:
Given the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. We provide a proof prior to printing your order to ensure that the final design is exactly what you want. If you approve a design only to later find an error, we will make every effort to provide you with cards that contains the correct information. However, printing and shipping charges will apply.
